Painting him was a dream, and with this piece, I wanted to capture the cheeky, heroic, yet vulnerable expression he carries throughout the saga. The painting swirls with a chaotic, dream-like aura, while I highlight his features with an unconventional purple, giving the piece a non-traditional pop art feel.
Painted on 12oz cotton box canvas and ready to hang. Painted with a wrap around effect so there are no unsightly nails or staples,
or visible canvas.
Acrylic paintings are painted in a mixture of Golden, Liquitex and Winsor and Newton professional acrylic paints. Gouache paintings are painted in Liquitex. Spray painted paintings use
MTN 94, Montana Gold and Molotow.
All painting are finished with a non yellowing spray matt varnish.
