SHIPPING Questions

All countries I can ship to are listed here

Paintings are all shipped in an handmade wooden create, wrapped in bubble wrap and foam wrap. Watch this video to see me making a box for your painting.

Yes, I am in Bristol, UK

Not most of the time.

With commissions I do not ship any painting until we are both fully happy with how it looks, With ‘in stock’ no painting leaves my studio that I am not 100% happy and proud with.

Returns are only accepted if there is a problem with the painting (damage), not a change of heart or taste.

I’m proud to say that in 15 years and over 500 paintings sold I have not had one return.

In 15 year this has only happened once, it was run over by UPS!! Since switching to wooden create from cardboard not even a scratch.

But in the horror moment this happens email me straight away with photos of the damage and the packing and I’ll take it from there.

Yup all paintings and prints are shipped tracked.

If you need something sent for a special occasion or sent as a rush order, email me and let me know. I will do everything in my power to get an artwork to you in time.

Please keep in mind that the delivery costs for international orders do not cover any taxes or duties that may be imposed by customs in the destination country. You’ll be responsible for any taxes or duties incurred.
