Stormtroopers are known across the galaxy for one thing, they can’t shoot straight. So I thought, why not lean into the joke and replace their blasters with something even less threatening… like a banana? That silly idea became the inspiration behind this pop art painting titled Stormtrooper Banana II.

Stormtrooper Banana II – A Pop Art Twist on Star Wars Humor. Stormtroopers are known across the galaxy for one thing, they can’t shoot straight. So I thought, why not lean into the joke and replace their blasters with something even less threatening… like a banana? That silly idea became the inspiration behind this pop art painting titled Stormtrooper Banana II.
In this artwork, I created a bold, two-tone black and white stormtrooper, stripped him of his blaster, and gave him a Warhol-inspired banana instead. The result is a funny Star Wars parody painting that blends classic pop art aesthetics with the beloved universe of Star Wars. It’s a playful tribute to the iconic, but notoriously inaccurate, Imperial foot soldiers.
